BACKGROUND: The Haunted Graveyard
Dark, gloomy, and dangerous—three words that perfectly capture the atmosphere you will face in this high-stakes mission. Within the shadows of the South London woodland lies a sprawling cemetery where every headstone and monument could hide a potential threat. This is a game of patience and precision, where the silence of the graveyard is broken only by the sound of incoming paint. You and your squad must navigate this macabre landscape, clearing the area of hostiles who have used the ancient tombs as their primary defensive line. In this environment, your nerves will be tested as much as your aim.
MISSION OBJECTIVES:
The Advance Team initiates the game from the cemetery gates. Their primary objective is to systematically eliminate the enemy and push through the graveyard to reach the extraction point. Success depends on a “slow but sure” approach—advancing too quickly without checking behind large tomhibstones often leads to a quick elimination from a hidden opponent. The Defensive Force starts embedded deep within the graveyard’s gothic monuments. Their sole goal is to hold their ground and pick off the advancing team one-by-one. By utilizing the dense concentration of stone cover, they can create a “kill zone” that is incredibly difficult to penetrate. A critical strategic tip for this zone is impeccable timing. Because the cover is so scattered, moving between tombstones requires perfectly timed covering fire from your teammates. If you get ahead of yourself and lose your support, you’ll find yourself pinned down with nowhere to run. The Haunted Graveyard is designed for tactical, low-profile movement. Players are encouraged to stay low and use the diverse array of stone props to stay out of the enemy’s line of sight while searching for the perfect opening to strike. The game is played over two rounds, allowing teams to swap roles and experience the tension of both the hunting party and the hidden defenders. Ensure you are fully loaded before the start, as you’ll need plenty of paint to flush enemies out from behind the heavy stone cover.
